Elche is a very ancient Iberian town, over two thousand years old, known for having two declared UNESCO World Heritage Sites. It has the second largest palm tree orchard in the world, with over twenty thousand palm trees.
Getting to Finca La Feliz is now easier than ever—especially if you’re traveling from elsewhere in Spain.
If you’re based in Madrid or flying into the capital, the high-speed AVE train is a fantastic option. Trains depart from both Atocha and Chamartín stations, operated by Renfe. There’s also a low-cost alternative available if you’re flexible with your schedule. The train brings you to a high-speed station just 3 kilometers from the retreat.
You can leave Madrid on a Friday at 7:00 p.m. and arrive at Finca La Feliz by 9:00 p.m. On Monday morning, you can head back at 7:00 a.m. and be in Madrid by 9:00 a.m. From the train station, public transportation will take you directly from the station’s entrance to our retreat door—making it a seamless option for weekend escapes.
We’re also well connected to the town of Elche by two local public bus lines that run daily near the retreat. These buses take you into the town center, and with a simple transfer, you can be at the beach in no time. This is a convenient and low-cost option if you’re traveling light.
Flying in? Finca La Feliz is only 20 minutes from the airport. You can take a taxi from right outside the terminal or order an Uber straight to our retreat. With the Uber app, you can also arrange rides to nearby destinations, including the beach.
Whether you’re planning a quick weekend away or a longer stay, reaching Finca La Feliz is now easier than ever.
